Burbank is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Burbank follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This a very solid (sourdough) bagel shop! I mention sourdough because I have read some comments that lead me to believe people may not understand these are not your typical bagel fare. Sourdough bagels have more of a lovely crisp skin and are generally more airy in the middle. The rosemary and salt is my favorite! If you're in the area, Id definitely recommend!

We stopped by this spot near our hotel and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We got two bagels, and everything was delicious. Sitting outside with the crisp cold air, city noise, and atmosphere made the experience even better. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend for a quick breakfast bite if you’re staying nearby or exploring the area.

First time visiting. Grabbed their No 1 on a jalapeΓ±o cheddar bagel and a plain bagel with cinnamon butter. Both were incredibly good and filling. The jalapeΓ±o cheddar bagel was packed with flavor and the bacon was crisp and delicious. It's a small shop, so not the most immersion atmosphere, but that was never the point. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hank’s Bagels has set a new bar for what a neighborhood bagel shop can be. The bagels come out with that perfect balance of crisp exterior and chewy interior that only happens when dough is treated with care and baked at the right temperature. Each variety has its own personality, but the standout has to be the bialy. It is not easy to find a bialy done right in Los Angeles, and Hank’s delivers something special. The dough is tender and flavorful, but what makes it extraordinary is the filling of caramelized onions, deeply browned and sweet with just enough savory edge to keep you coming back for another bite. It is the kind of flavor that lingers and makes you want to plan your next visit before you have even finished the first one. The staff here is consistently excellent, which matters just as much as the food. They are quick to answer questions, happy to suggest favorites, and somehow keep the line moving fast without making you feel rushed. The atmosphere is casual but warm, and it feels like the kind of place where regulars get remembered and newcomers feel welcome. The spreads, from scallion cream cheese to smoked salmon options, all taste fresh and thoughtfully prepared. E

I'm obsessed with this tiny bagel shop! Tucked away in a quiet corner, this unassuming gem serves up some of the best bagel sandwiches I've ever had. The star of the show is undoubtedly the lox and tuna. The lox is smoked to perfection, with just the right amount of saltiness and a velvety texture. The tuna bagel sandwich is made with fresh tuna and mixed with just the right amount of mayo and seasoning. But what really sets this shop apart is the quality of the bagels themselves. Chewy, dense, and with just the right amount of crunch, they're the perfect vessel for the delicious fillings. I've tried several different sandwiches here, but my go-to is the Classic Lox: sliced lox, cream cheese, capers, and thinly sliced red onion on a toasted everything bagel. It's absolute perfection. If you're a bagel lover like me, do yourself a favor and seek out this hidden gem. Your taste buds will thank you!
